When is the Textbook Buyback?
The Bookstore offers a buyback at the end of every semester, typically around the week of Final Exams. Dates are posted on the bookmark that accompanies your receipt. Signs are also posted on the bulletin boards and TV monitors as well our website.
I registered for the upcoming semester already why can’t I purchase my textbooks right away?
Textbooks need to be ordered, shipped & received. This is a time consuming process that involves receiving orders from the faculty, verifying correct title information and availability. Preparing for a Fall or Spring semester takes time when you consider we are servicing over 5600 students.
Why are textbooks so expensive?
While textbooks are typically the least expensive part of your education many students do not understand the high prices of textbooks. Publishers often offer supplemental materials bundled with your text (CD-ROMs, Study Guides & Online Tools) which can increase the price of textbooks. Publishers report these materials are developed in response to instructors’ demand for them. The Bookstore sells bundled textbooks only when required for your course.
Do you sell used textbooks?
