| NVCC summer credit schedule available
WATERBURY (March 5, 2007) – The Naugatuck Valley Community College Summer 2008 Credit Schedule is now available on campus. Individuals who want to earn transfer credits, work toward a degree or explore new educational pathways are encouraged to apply.
The summer credit schedule offers approximately 150 classes in 32 different academic areas. Courses can be taken in the classroom or through distance learning options in one of our 3 summer sessions.
The semester starts June 9. Online registration begins on April 1 and mail/fax registration will be accepted from April 28 – May 16. Walk-in registration is also available May 1 – June 10.
Returning students can call the registrar’s office at (203) 596-2177 and new students can call the admissions office at (203) 575-2121 to set up an appointment. A postcard will be mailed out this week to 90,000 students throughout our service region. A reminder card will also be sent to all returning and non-returning students.

Anyone interested in learning more about the campus prior to registering is encouraged to attend a free, group campus tour and information session. Upcoming tours will be held on Monday, April 7, at 10:30 a.m. or 5:30 p.m. or Monday, May 12, at 10:30 a.m. or 5:30 p.m.
