| Real estate relicensing available at NVCC
Waterbury (Feb. 12, 2008) – This spring NVCC is offering real estate continuing education courses to real estate brokers and salespersons who need to meet state requirements for relicensing.
Classes will be held on Thursdays in March from 9:00a.m. - 12:00p.m. for four consecutive weeks. They will also be offered back-to-back on Saturday, March 29, and Saturday, May 17, from 7:30a.m. - 9:00p.m. The following classes are available:
- Mandatory Current Issues in Real Estate I
- Mandatory Current Issues in Real Estate II
- New Construction
- The Code of Ethics
- Preparing and Qualifying your Buyer
- RADON
