TECH PREP
TECH PREP is a federally funded program designed to offer you the opportunity to earn
college credits and explore career options in high school. As a TECH PREP student, you
will be required to take a science, mathematics, communications and a career related
course in your junior and senior years. Your high school advisor will help you select your
four courses from an approved list developed by your high school and Naugatuck Valley
Community College. All your classes are taught by the high school faculty at your school
during regular school hours. If there is an exception to this policy, your advisor will
inform you of this change.
